As a Customer Success Manager - Integrations, your primary mission will be to ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating the implementation and operation of their integrations. You will play a key role in their engagement and the long-term success of our solutions.
🚀 Your Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Relationship Management

Manage customer requests and provide technical support on integration topics.

Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding integrations and address their inquiries.

Ensure an efficient onboarding process for customers, making sure their inbound/outbound data integrations run smoothly.

Monitor customer accounts, anticipate their needs, and maximize satisfaction.
Automation & Process Standardization

Identify and standardize recurring tasks to enhance integration efficiency.

Deploy new processes that enable customers and partners to handle specific actions autonomously, reducing internal workload.

Implement standardized integration models to accelerate the deployment of new customer integrations.
Integration Management
-
Oversee the implementation of integrations with customers, internal teams, and partners.

Monitor performance and troubleshoot any incidents.

Set up clear reporting and share key insights with internal teams.

Support customers in evolving and optimizing their integrations.
Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Identify pain points and suggest improvements for processes and documentation.

Stay up to date with integration tools and customer needs.

Track and analyze KPIs related to customer satisfaction and integration adoption.
🎯 Who You Are:

3+ years of experience in Customer Success or as a SaaS Integration Project Manager.

Experience in implementing automation and standardization processes.

Strong account management skills and ability to support customers on technical products.

Knowledge of APIs and data formats (REST, JSON, XML, CSV).

Excellent communication skills: ability to simplify technical topics and guide customers effectively.

Experience with CRM and support tools (Salesforce, Jira).

Autonomous, organized, and capable of managing multiple integrations simultaneously.

Languages: French required, professional English required.
