As part of the HR team at CleverConnect, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition to strengthen our hiring team !

Your missions are : 👩‍🚀👨‍🚀

● Posting job adverts on various job boards and screening incoming applications
● Sourcing candidates through different CV databases
● Reaching out to potential candidates via direct approach on professional social networks, in line with the sourcing strategy
● Taking part in phone and in-person interviews
● Monitoring recruitment process performance on a daily basis and ensuring detailed follow-up of all actions
● Keeping accurate reports and maintaining a reliable database
● Contributing to various HR projects depending on needs (onboarding, employer branding, etc.)

You’ll be supported by the team as you gradually develop your skills throughout your apprenticeship ! 

Who are you?

You are currently a student working towards a Bachelor’s +4 or +5 level degree, and you're eager to explore the world of recruitment in a stimulating environment within the HRTech sector!
● You’re a team player and motivated to go the extra mile to find tomorrow’s top talent
● You’re well-organised, known for your attention to detail and reliability
● You take ownership of your tasks and aren’t afraid to share new ideas
● You have strong writing skills and feel comfortable communicating with others
● You have a good command of English
