As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), you will be the key link between our customers and CleverConnect. Your focus will be on adoption, customer success, and product usage, working closely with an Account Manager who handles commercial topics. Together, you will ensure that our customers get maximum value from our solutions and achieve long-term success.
Your Responsibilities:

Customer Care & Success Management: Manage a broad portfolio of customers, ensuring they use our solutions optimally.

Adoption & Health Monitoring: Analyze platform usage, identify optimization opportunities, and guide customers towards sustainable success with targeted initiatives.

Travel & On-Site Meetings: Visit your customers regularly (10β20% travel required) to conduct workshops, deliver trainings, participate in strategic meetings, and strengthen customer relationships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Management, Support, and Product Teams to best address customer needs.

Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership: Actively contribute to webinars, events, or success stories to share knowledge and position CleverConnect as a leading provider.
What You Bring:

At least 2 years of professional experience in a SaaS environment in roles such as Customer Success, Support, Pre-Sales, or Onboarding.

Technical affinity and analytical thinking to advise customers effectively, implement solutions, and drive product adoption.

Commercial acumen to identify upsell opportunities, foster long-term customer relationships, and independently manage renewals.

Experience working with large customers across different company sizes.

Initial exposure to HR technologies or recruiting processes is a plus.

Fluent German and English skills are required; French is a plus.
