As a Senior Business Developer (M/F), what will your missions be? ๐ฉโ๐๐จโ๐
Reporting to the Regional Manager for the Grand Ouest area, you will be responsible for sales of the Jobboard activity to companies with significant recruitment needs.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Managing and developing existing client accounts

Actively prospecting and acquiring new clients in the Grand Ouest region (cold calling, appointment setting by phone, in-person meetings, negotiation, and closing deals)

Supporting and retaining your clients (contract renewals, upselling, cross-selling)
- Updating the CRM (Salesforce)
A company car is included in the package, and travel is to be expected.

Who are you?

Proven and successful experience in selling services to businesses, ideally in the HR or software sectors.

Full mastery of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Autonomous and results-driven, with the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

Comfortable working as part of a team, quick to adapt, proactive, and resilient.
