The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in the commercial growth of Meteojob. Youβll be the first point of contact with prospects and will contribute to filling the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities.
This position is ideal for those who want to start a career in sales, develop their prospecting skills, and grow quickly within a dynamic team.
As an SDR, your missions will be π©βππ¨βπ:

Lead generation and prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential leads via outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) and process inbound leads generated by marketing.

Lead qualification: Understand prospect needs, pain points, and fit with Meteojobβs solutions to ensure the relevance of meetings passed on to the sales team.

Meeting scheduling: Organize and schedule qualified demos or meetings with Account Executives to move forward in the sales cycle.

Pipeline management: Follow up on leads and meetings in the CRM, ensure data quality, and produce regular activity reports.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize prospecting campaigns and share field insights.

Representation: Represent Meteojob at professional events or trade shows to build your network and generate new contacts.
Who are you?

You have some experience in sales, prospecting, or customer service β but the role is also open to motivated recent graduates.

You're comfortable using tools like CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, messaging, and collaboration platforms.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to listen and identify customer needs, autonomy, organization, team spirit, and resilience in the face of objections.

You're curious, energetic, proactive, eager to learn and grow in a challenging and stimulating environment.
