The Context
We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager to structure and execute marketing initiatives for this region, with one clear priority: generate pipeline and support commercial growth.
This is a highly operational role with strong autonomy and direct business impact.
Your Mission
Turn marketing into a true growth driver for the DACH BU.
You will define and execute marketing initiatives in close collaboration with the GM, Sales, and Product teams.

1. Growth & Demand Generation (Top Priority)

Translate commercial objectives into a clear marketing action plan

Manage and optimize acquisition channels: SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting

Design and execute B2B and ABM campaigns

Continuously optimize the funnel: lead → MQL → SQL → opportunity
-
Track performance and pipeline contribution (HubSpot, GA4)
2. Product Marketing
-
Clarify positioning and key messaging
-
Create essential sales enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, battlecards)
-
Support product launches in the DACH region
3. Content & Activation
-
Produce performance-oriented content (landing pages, case studies, email campaigns)
-
Activate LinkedIn as a demand and influence channel
-
Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production and experimentation
4. Website & Marketing Operations
-
Optimize website conversion (Webflow)
-
Maintain a lean, ROI-focused marketing stack
-
Implement simple and effective workflows
5. Events (Selective & ROI-Driven)

Identify and manage a limited number of strategic events

Work closely with Sales to maximize meetings and pipeline impact
Profile

Experience in B2B SaaS marketing

Strong growth and demand generation mindset

Comfortable in a highly hands-on role

Strong analytical skills and CRM expertise (HubSpot, GA4)

Fluent English

Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous, results-driven

Practical use of AI tools in marketing

Recruitment Process (4 steps, max. 2 weeks)
- 30-minute introductory video call with the Lead TAM
- 45-minute deep-dive interview with a Marketing Consultant (on-site or remote)
- On-site use case with Top Management (allow approx. 1.5 hours)
- Final interview with the CEO (on-site or remote)
