Location: Willingness to work onsite in Munich, with close daily collaboration with the CRO/COO.
- Sales Process Optimization: Design scalable, AI-enhanced sales workflows using Salesforce and automation tools.
- Salesforce & Data Governance: Maintain a clean, complete, and accessible customer data environment as a single source of truth.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Build intelligent pipeline management frameworks and predictive forecasting models, leveraging AI where possible.
- Revenue Reporting: Create real-time dashboards and performance reports to drive strategic decision-making across functions.
- Cross-Functional Strategy: Align sales, marketing, and finance processes and tools to enable coordinated, high-impact execution.
- Internal AI Champion: Lead the identification, testing, and rollout of AI tools (e.g. chatbots, AI-assisted CRM, analytics automation) that improve overall efficiency of the company.
- Change Management: Drive internal adoption of AI tools by training teams, documenting best practices, and managing rollout roadmaps.
- AI Use Cases: Partner with team leads to discover and execute high-ROI AI use cases across the company (e.g. automated lead scoring, predictive churn, content generation, internal copilots).
- Efficiency Metrics: Monitor and report on time saved, process improvements, and cost reductions due to AI implementations.
- Customer Insights: Work with Customer Success to surface churn risk, renewal opportunities, and product usage insights using AI-powered analysis.
- Marketing Outreach & Optimization: Help marketing automating Outreach with the help of AI Tooling to define TAM, ICP accounts, relevant contacts and automate the relevant messaging.
- Support Operations: Support the improvement of ticketing and SLA management systems, using automation and AI to flag and resolve issues proactively.
Who are you?
- SaaS Expertise: Strong experience in SaaS operations or a similar fast-paced tech environment.
- AI Literacy: Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs and enthusiasm for internal adoption.
- Data & Analytics Skills: Exceptional analytical capabilities with a strong grasp of revenue metrics, forecasting models, and automation.
- CRM Mastery: Advanced knowledge HubSpot and data integration tools are a plus.
- Strategic Collaboration: Excellent communicator with a track record of cross-functional leadership.
- Location: Must be based in Munich or Paris and work closely with executive leadership on a daily basis.
