Within the SaaS Platform France Business Unit, you will join our sales team dedicated to key accounts, playing a crucial role in strengthening our presence and accelerating our growth in France.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts facing major recruitment challenges. More specifically, you will:
  • Pipeline development & Prospecting
Identify and engage high-potential prospects by developing effective prospecting strategies.
Using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha and Wiza to optimise the sales approach.
Carrying out cold prospecting actions (calls, emails, social Selling) and organising meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Sales cycle management & Closing
Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature.
Qualifying opportunities and identifying decision-makers.
Managing long and complex sales cycles (6 to 9 months) involving several parties.
  •  Negotiation and customer support
Carry out product demonstrations and build solid business cases .
Respond to calls for tender and negotiate with high-level contacts ( HRD, C-Level ...).
  •  Cross-functional relations
Working with the Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure a smooth transition and guarantee long-term customer satisfaction.
 
Who are you?
  • You have proven experience in selling SaaS solutions, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers;
  • You are recognised for your ability to manage high-level contacts within large groups with a multi-service approach;
  • You're comfortable with structured sales methodology (MEDDIC or equivalent) and you're fluent in English.
  • Proactive, organised, autonomous and responsible, you want to thrive in a stimulating environment.
