We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive (Enterprise)
to drive the operational and analytical backbone of our SaaS business. This role is critical for fueling predictable growth, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring the scalability of our sales and marketing processes. You will report directly to the COO and work closely with cross-functional teams to establish a strong operational foundation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers in the DACH region through various sales channels.

  • Pipeline Generation and Qualification: Identify, assess, and develop a sustainable sales pipeline.

  • Pitching and Presentation: Independently conduct online demonstrations and presentations of our SaaS products.

  • Consulting and Needs Analysis: Analyze specific customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and negotiate offers through to successful contract signing.

  • Collaboration & Strategic Input: Work closely with founders and C-level executives on strategically important deals. Provide insights into go-to-market strategies, pricing, and sales processes. Collaborate with the Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure smooth transitions and long-term customer success.

What You Bring:

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a solid understanding of stakeholder management in mid-to-enterprise sales

  • Proven ability to independently build and manage a structured sales pipeline

  • Proficient in cold calling, social selling, and using automation tools to optimize acquisition efforts

  • Experience handling long sales cycles (6–9 months), complex deals, and multiple decision-makers

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to close high-value contracts

  • Startup mentality – you thrive in a dynamic environment where adaptability and ownership are key

  • High level of independence and self-motivation, with the ability to take full responsibility for deals and pipeline generation

  • Confidence working in an international team
