At Météojob, we are looking for a Business Analyst / RevOps Analyst to join our team!
You will help optimize the Go-to-Market strategy of our various products to support revenue growth, in a cross-functional and highly visible role. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, Salesforce administration teams, and senior leadership.

More specifically, as a Business Analyst / RevOps Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Business performance tracking, through weekly reviews including the following KPIs: bookings, new business, pipeline creation, contract renewals, churn, profitability, and sales activity indicators. You will also set up reporting tools and dashboards for the sales leadership.

  • Contributing to the definition of quarterly sales targets for each sales rep, as well as tracking incentives and bonuses in partnership with the finance team.

  • Portfolio management: analyzing market trends and MĂ©tĂ©ojob’s key sectors to prioritize prospecting efforts, ensuring no major opportunity is missed (e.g., identifying under-managed accounts), and actively identifying new prospects. You’ll implement a quarterly reshuffling of the prospect database.

  • More broadly, supporting strategic decision-making, Go-to-Market initiatives, change management, and new product launches. You’ll help optimize internal processes and proactively provide feedback and recommendations.

Who are you?

You have a successful first experience in Revenue Operations or a related field, with strong analytical skills and experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM. You’re detail-oriented, agile, proactive, and results-driven. You are fluent in French and English.
